CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Texas Tech encourages our student athletes to develop and pursue life goals that extend beyond their days as a Texas Tech student. Our student athletes are encouraged to strive for career goals as they are working on their degree to foster their success after graduation. We do this in part through our Career Development program which breaks down what is needed each year to successfully attain their goals.
