Soccer/Track Facility

The current soccer and track facility will be renovated for the Texas Tech University women's soccer and men's and women's track teams. It will continue to be one of the top facilities for state high school and NCAA tournaments and regional events. The field and drainage system will be replaced with a new system to be safer and more efficient. The soccer field will be replaced with a new field. The drainage system will be renovated and the drains moved away from the edge of the track, greatly reducing the risk of injury. Field lighting will provide the required lighting levels for nationally broadcast events.

The facility will offer the University many revenue generating opportunities throughout the year. Used for high school and NCAA tournament and regional events, the facility will bring revenue and additional prestige to Texas Tech University.
