Jo Ann Barraza
Jo Ann Barraza began working at Texas Tech University in June 2000 in the Athletic Ticket Office. She transitioned into her current role of Customer Service Representative Coordinator in October 2003. Jo Ann's primary responsibilities include assisting customers with ticketing and donor related questions over the phone, through email, and live online chat. Recently Jo Ann has taken on greater responsibilities such as assisting with management of ticket operations at home events, and traveling to away Red Raider contests. She also operates ticket sales windows at home football games.
Prior to joining the Texas Tech Athletic department, Jo Ann worked for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for three years and is currently working on her degree at South Plains College. She is a native of Lubbock.
