CREDENTIAL REQUESTS
To request credentials for Texas Tech HOME football games, please log on here.
Credentials must be requested on-line by 5 p.m. of Wednesday each game week. All requests made game week will be held for pickup until 5 p.m. Friday at the Athletics Communications Office in Room 117 in the south end of Jones AT&T Stadium. Credentials not picked up by 5 p.m. Friday will be available at the Jones AT&T Stadium Will Call window on Saturday. Will Call opens three hours prior to kickoff.
MEDIA HOTEL
The Baymont Inn & Suites will serve as the media hotel for the 2012 season. Texas Tech has negotiated a rate of $99 per night for football season and $69 per night for basketball/baseball. Please call or email Sheila Tucker to make reservations.
ROAD CREDENTIAL REQUESTS
Please direct all credential requests for Texas Tech's road games to the host school's media relations/communications director. Please note that most schools request that you fill out on an on-line application in order to be considered for credentials.

PHOTOGRAPHERS
Photo credentials and photo vests are to be properly displayed at all times and are good for press box access at all times. Photographers must stay behind the dotted line that surrounds the field and are not permitted in the team bench areas. Photo vests are distributed on game day in the press box.
PRESS FACILITIES
The Jones AT&T Stadium Press Box is equipped with both ethernet lines and wireless capabilities. For wireless access, contact a member of the Texas Tech Athletics Communications staff on game day. The press box has seating for 108 working members of the press and a dedicated photo workroom for up to 10 photographers.
PARKING
Media parking for the 2012 season will be located at the Texas Tech Greenhouse and the Texas Tech International Cultural Center. Media shuttles will transport credentialed members of the media from those parking areas to Jones AT&T Stadium. Please follow the instructions located on the back of your parking pass for access to each of these parking areas.
MONDAY MEDIA LUNCHEON
During the season, Texas Tech Head Coach Tommy Tuberville will hold a weekly media luncheon inside the football training facility, located next to Jones AT&T Stadium. The event will be held each Monday morning at 11 a.m. beginning on August 27 and running through Nov. 19. Coach Tuberville will be joined by requested players who are able to attend the event when class schedules do not conflict. Please submit your requested players for each Monday's media luncheon by 2 p.m. on the preceding Sunday. Transcripts of each news conference will be available on the athletics web site (www.texastech.com) on Monday afternoon.

In addition to his weekly news conference, Tommy Tuberville is available on the Big 12 Conference weekly teleconference at 10:50 a.m. on Mondays. Contact Joni Lehmann in the league office for access to the teleconference (469/524-1007).

PLAYER/COACH AVAILABILITY
Players will be available on Monday's (by request) during the weekly media luncheon and on Tuesday afternoon following practice. For Tuesday's post-practice interviews, please submit a list of players to Blayne Beal by 1 p.m. each Tuesday afternoon. Phone interviews will be conducted following Tuesday's practice session.
Offensive coordinator Neal Brown and defensive coordinator Art Kaufman will be available to the media following practice on Sunday only. Assistant coaches will not be made available.
TEXAS TECH PRACTICE SCHEDULE
The team will practice each day except for Monday and interviews will follow at the conclusion of practice. All practices are closed with the exception of the first 15 minutes on Tuesday and Wednesday for B-Roll footage only.

For the media: Live video streaming of any Texas Tech Athletics event, including news conferences, on any social media platform is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will lead to a revocation of credentials.
USE OF AUDIO/VIDEO
Any media entity collecting any sort of "video or audio materials" (film, traditional video or audio, digital video or audio, photos, etc.) from Texas Tech University Athletics game events or press conference/media events may use that material only for traditional television newscasts, Web-based or print coverage, or other electronic transmission as approved by the University in writing, with a limitation of up to three (3) minutes in length from any single event. Such media entity may not offer any live video, audio or other coverage of the event without the advance, written permission of Texas Tech University Athletics.
This policy includes all games, matches and events involving any of Texas Tech's athletic programs. It includes all media events -- press conferences, pre/post-practice interviews and pre/post-game interviews. An exception would be a one-on one interview arranged through the Texas Tech Athletics Communications office with a Texas Tech, coach, athlete or administrator.
