Red Raiders set to host NCAA Regional for second-straight year

Texas Tech enters the NCAA Tournament as the No. 11 seed
LUBBOCK, Texas – The NCAA Selection Committee revealed its 64-team field for the 2026 NCAA Tournament during the Selection Show on Sunday. The Red Raiders were slotted as No. 11 seed setting up a Lubbock Regional for the second straight year.
The Lubbock Regional will feature Ole Miss, Boston University and Marist. Tech will open the regional against Marist at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
NCAA Regionals begin on Friday and run through Sunday with game times to be determined. Season ticket holders and donors will have priority access to tickets for the weekend with a general public link going live early this week. More details will come when they are known.
