Tech Relay Squad Sets School Record at Penn Relays
April 28, 2001 LUBBOCK, Texas - The women's 4x400-meter relay squad posted a school-record time of 3:37.41 at the 107th Penn Relays in the event finals Saturday evening at in Philadelphia, Pa. The foursome of Ngozi Iwu, Melonie Barrow, D'Andria Brigham and Rachelle Evans bested the school record set last season by almost a full second, good for fifth in the event. The Red Raiders will host Oklahoma in a dual meet on Saturday, May 5, at R.P. Fuller Stadium on the Tech campus. |
