2006 INDOOR: Clocked season-best times of 21.99 in the 200M at the Big 12 Championships, a 49.14 in the 400M at the Wes Kittley Invite, and a NCAA provisional time of 3:07.29 with the 4x400M at the ISU Last Chance ... earned All-American honors with the 4x400M that finished sixth at Nationals.

2004 OUTDOOR: Competed in the 200M, 400M and as a member of the 4x100M, 4x400M and sprint medley relay teams ... 2002 OUTDOOR: All-American ... ran the opening leg of the 4x400M relay that ran the then-second fastest time ever in school history (3:04.40) as it placed seventh at Nationals ... earned all-conference honors in the 4x100M, 4x400M, 200M and 400M ... ran lead leg on 4x100M relay that took first at a conference meet for the first time since the 60's ... ran the lead leg of the 4x400M with a split time of 47.35 ... took third in the 400M with a time of 46.45 and fifth in the 200M with a time of 21.43 at the Big 12 Championships ... posted a time of 46.94, good enough for a third-place finish in the 400M at the Michael Johnson/SW Bell Classic ... outlasted the competition in the 400M and placed first with a time of 46.37 at the UTEP Invitational ... ran for a NCAA provisional time of 46.29 in the 400M at the Texas Tech Invitational.
