2009 OUTDOOR: Season best of 3:57.41 in the 1500M winning the Michael Johnson Classic ... member of the 4x400M relay that ran a 3:28.05 and finished third.

2009 INDOOR: Ran a season best of 9:12.62 in the 3000M at the Texas Tech Invitational ... memebr of the 4x800M relay that ran a 7:57.53 to place third ... season best of 4:26.35 in the mile.

2008 OUTDOOR: Placed second at the 3K steeplechase at the ACU Invitational with a mark of 10:20.23.

2008 INDOOR: Finished second in the distance medley relay at the Texas Tech Invitational with a mark of 10:44.31.

2006 Outdoor: Ran long distance for the Red Raiders in three spring meets, setting personal bests in each of the four events... clocked times of 4:24.74 for the 1500M and 9:44.20 in the 3000M at the Wes Kittley Open... competed in the 3000M steeplechase at the ACU Open with a time of 11:13.34.

2006 Indoor: Ran personal-best times in two events with a 9:09.18 in the 3000M and a 17:28.89 in the 5000M ... clocked a team time of 10:54.08 in the DMR at the Wes Kittley Invite.

High School: He was 33rd at the Region II-5A meet in 2004 ... was second in the District 13-5A track meet in the 800M and 1600M ... was in the top 5 in central Texas in the 800M, 1600M, and 3200M ... participated in track and field, cross country and basketball ... led his team to the district championship three years ... named newcomer of the season in cross country ... received most valuable runner and legacy award his senior year.
