2002 INDOOR: Had a season-best throw of 59-3 in the weight throw at the Big 12 Championships (2/22) where he placed eighth...threw the weight 58-1.25 to place second at the Red Raider Classic (2/2)...competed in both the shot put and the weight throw at the Texas Tech Classic (1/25) where he threw the shot 48-11.5 and the weight 58-0...took second in the weight throw and fifth in the shot put with throws of 58’03 and 47’03.75 at the Texas Tech Open (1/19)...placed second behind teammate Jason Young in the weight throw with a throw of 58’00.25 and had a shot put toss of 48’11.75 as he placed sixth at the Texas Tech Early Bird (12/1).
