2006 OUTDOOR: Earned all-conference honors in the 800M with eighth-place finish... Finished in the top three on seven occasions, including four on relay teams... took third in the 400M at the UNLV Invitational with a personal best of 48.41... competed with the 4x400M and sprint medley relay teams to finish second in both at the Texas Relays, including a regionally-qualifying time of 3:05.04 in the 4x400M... finished third at the UTEP Invitational in the 800M with a time of 1:50.89... regionally qualified with a first-place time of 1:49.32 in the 800M at the TCU Invitational... ran for first-place finishes on the 4x400M relay team at the TCU Invite and the sprint medley relay at the Penn Relays.

2006 INDOOR: Named the USTFCCCA Mountain Region Male Athlete of the Year by the coaches' association at the end of the season ... National qualifier in the 800M and as a member of the 4x400M ... ended the season ranked No. 1 in the nation and No. 5 in the world in the 800M ... finished eighth at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 800M, good for his first All-American honor as a Red Raider ... finished second at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in the 800M with a new school record and personal best time of 1:46.80, good for his first All-Big 12 honor ... also a member of the All-Big 12 4x400M relay ... in the 4x400M, had a NCAA provisional time of 3:07.29 at the ISU Last Chance ... also ran a personal best time of 1:08.84 in the 600Y at the Wes Kittley Open ... holds the school record in the 800M and the ATC record in the 600Y.

ILLINOIS: 2005 Indoor All-American in the 800M ... 2005 Outdoor Big 10 Champion in the 800M with a time of 1:47.8 ... 2005 Indoor Big 10 Champion in the 600M with a time of 1:16.96, a personal best and the Illinois school record ... ran the third leg of the 4x400M that won the 2005 Outdoor Big 10 title with a time of 3:07 ... that same relay went on to run a 3:04 at the NCAA Championships ... named Big 10 Freshman of the Year in 2004 ... finished second in the 600M at the 2004 Indoor Big 10 Championships as a freshman ... has PRs of 1:47.79 in the indoor 800M and 1:47.28 in the outdoor 800M ... finished seventh in the 800M at the 2005 U.S. Championships, in Carson, Calif., in June.
