2016 OUTDOORS Ran the third leg of the 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon, helped the team place 15th with a time of 3:06.62, earning second team All-America honors ... finished 36th in the men's 400-meter quarterfinals with a time of 48.75 at the NCAA West Preliminaries ... entered the Prelims with a time of 45.33 in the 400 meters, which ranked No. 4 in the region ... the time came at the Michael Johnson Invitational on April 23 and is the eighth-fastest time in school history ... he's continued his strong indoor season in the 400 meters during the outdoor campaign, as well as been a featured staple on the 4x100 & 4x400 relays ... posted two first-place times in the 400-meter dash, coming at the Wes Kittley Invitational (April 9) and the prelims of the Big 12 Championship (May 14) ... also at the MJ Invite on the anchor leg of the 4x100 relay, he charged down the final straightaway to win the event and put themselves at No. 7 in the school record books at 39.50 ... the time is also the 12th-fastest in the region this season ... he's also been a part of the fastest 4x400 relay team this year, running the second leg and helping Tech to a mark of 3:05.18, which is seventh in the region.
2016 INDOORS Earned two All-America honors at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 400 meters and 4x400-meter relay ... placed 13th in the open 400m at 46.90 and helped the relay to a ninth-place time at 3:07.17 ... opened the season with a pair of personal-bests in the 400 meters at 46.84 (Jan. 30) & 46.43 (Feb. 6), the latter checking in at No. 8 on the Texas Tech all-time list ... would add to it at the conference championships, earning bronze and clocking in with the fourth-best time in school history at 46.24 ... was also featured on six 4x400 relays during the indoor campaign ... at the Tyson Invitational, the quartet flew around the track to the second-fastest time in school history at 3:04.98.
2015 OUTDOORS Ran the 400 meters and the 4x400-meter relay during the outdoor season ... finished in fifth or better in all five 400-meter dash races, including two second-place times ... opened the outdoor campaign with a runner-up spot at the UTSA Challenge at 47.45 ... ran his fastest time of the season at the Red Raider Open, finishing second at 46.16 ... was a member of the fastest 4x400-meter relay time of the season by the Red Raiders, coming at the Texas Relays to a time of 3:03.47 ... that mark is seventh all-time in the Texas Tech outdoor record books and was No. 2 in the nation at that point in the season ... earned Honorable Mention All-America honors for qualifying for the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
2015 INDOORS Competed in the 400 meters, 600 yards and the 4x400-meter relay events during the indoor season ... racked up a first-place finish at the Masked Rider Open in the 600-yard dash behind a time of 1:10.88 ... earned All-Big 12 performer honors for a fifth-place finish behind a PR of 1:10.85 in the 600 yards at the conference championships ... helped the 4x400-meter relay squad to the seventh-best time in school history at the Arkansas Open at 3:07.00 ... earned First Team All-America honors after a seventh-place finish at 3:07.52 at the NCAA Indoor Championships.
2014 OUTDOORS Suited up twice for the Red Raiders, most notably at the Big 12 Championships, where he just missed out on All-Conference honors, taking ninth in the 400 meter dash (47.75).
2014 INDOORS Won the 400 meter dash at the TTU Open, finishing in 48.19 ... His best mark of the season was a 48.12 at the Masked Rider Open, good enough for fifth place ... Also competed in the 600 yards, taking third at the TTU Open, with a time of 1:11.21.
