2002 OUTDOOR: All-American...ran a 46.06 split in the 1,600-meter relay that ran the second fastest time ever in school history (3:04.40) as it placed seventh at Nationals...earned four All-Conference honors as a leg of the 4x100 and 4x400, in the 200 and in the 400...ran the third leg of the 4x100 relay and gave Tech a lead in the race as it took first at a conference meet in a relay for the first time since the 60’s...as the second leg on the 4x400 he ran a split time of 47.60 as Tech finished second... finished 8th in the 400 and 7th in the 200 at the Big 12 Championships (5/18)...and ran the second leg of the 4x400 relay that placed first with an NCAA provisional time of 3:05.71, also was the second collegiate in the 100 with a time of 10.54 at the ACU Open (5/9)...took second in the 400 at the Texas Tech Open (5/4) with a time of 46.53...he ran the first leg in the spectacular 1st place finish in the 1600 Medley with a time of 3:17.25, a good two-seconds better than the next competitor in the 14-team field, and he ran the third leg in the 4x100 team that competed against a 33-team field finishing 3rd in a six team final with a time of 39.46 at the 75th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays (4/3-4/6)...dashed his way into 3rd place in the 100M with a 10.53 run in the Texas Tech Invitational (3/28)...placed 11th in the 400M with a time of 51.08 at the Longhorn Invitational (3/23).

2002 INDOOR: Indoor All-American...ended season in the top five of the Big 12 Conference in three events 55-m (1st), 200 (4th) and the 400 (4th)...ran the opening leg of the 4x400 relay that placed 8th at Nationals (3/9) with a time 3:09.70...ran the opening leg of the 4x4 relay team that placed 6th at the ISU Last Chance (3/1)...placed 4th just .01 seconds behind teammate Julieon Raeburn in the 200 at the Big 12 Championships (2/23) posting a time of 21.22...also ran the lead leg of the 4x4 relay team that finished 4th ...turned in a heat time of 49.18 in the 400m at the Big 12 Championships...won the 400 at the Red Raider Classic (2/2) with a time of 47.25...tied for 2nd in the 55m at the Texas Tech Classic (1/25) and placed 3rd in the 200 with times of 6.38 and 22.12.

2001 Football: All-Big 12 Third Team by the coaches ... Associated Press Honorable Mention All-Big 12 ... had five kickoff returns against Iowa in the Alamo Bowl ... also assisted on a tackle ... one kick return for 32 yards against SFA ... two kick returns for 30 yards against Oklahoma ... returned kickoff against OSU from the back of the endzone to the OSU 41 to set up Tech score ... finished the day with two returns for 80 yards ... was kicked away from on all three Baylor kicks ... made four tackles at Baylor, including a forced fumble that resulted in a touchdown return for Paul McClendon ... had three returns for 83 yards at Nebraska ... two kickoff returns against K-State for 50 yards, including a 32-yard return ... returned two kicks for 96 yards, including a 59-yard return, against Kansas ... six kickoff returns for 82 yards at Texas ... had two kickoff returns for 35 yards at UNT ... returned the longest kickoff for a touchdown in school history with a 108-yard jaunt in the third quarter against New Mexico.
