2005 OUTDOOR: All-region and all-conference performer in the pole vault ... finished second at the Midwest Regional with a clearance of 17'-5" ... was third at the Big 12 Championships with a clearance of 17'-10.5" ... totaled four regional qualifying marks on the season, including clearances of 17'6.5" at the Mean Green Twilight and 17'-4.5" at Texas Relays ... effort at Texas Relays was good enough for fourth place.

2005 INDOOR: Cleared two provisional qualifying heights during the season ... season-best height of 17'-4.5" came at the Tyson Invitational ... cleared a height of 17'-3.5" at the Notre Dame Last Chance ... marked a jump of 16'-11.5" and a fifth-place finish at the Big 12 Championships, earning all-conference honors.

2004 OUTDOOR: Competed in the pole vault ... All-American and all-region ... jumped 17'-11" at Regionals for a third-place finish ... earned All-American honors with a jump of 17'-8.5" to tie for eighth ... finished fourth at the Texas Relays clearing 17'-8.50" ... vaulted 17'-4.5" at both the MJ Invitational and UTEP Invitational for third and second-place finishes.

2003 OUTDOOR: Big 12 Champion in the pole vault with a height of 18'-0.5" ... was the 11th best performer in the United States in the pole vault going into the NCAA Championship ... received an at-large bid to the NCAA Championships after no-heighting at the Mid-West regional meet due to injury ... tied for first in prelims at the NCAA with a mark of 16'-10.75" ... spent most the season at the No. 2 position in Trackwire's Dandy Dozen and is now ranked No. 3 ... is just the second vaulter to clear 18 feet in school history and first since 1989 ... went 18'-0" at the ACU Open and placed second ... won the Texas Tech Open with a vault of 16'-11.75" ... was second at Drake Relays ... won the Indian Relays and set a meet record at 17'-2.25" ... was champion of the Texas Relays as he out vaulted Brad Walker, Eric Eshback and Trent Powell.

2003 INDOOR: All-American pole vaulter with a fifth-place finish and a season best mark of 17'-7.75" at the NCAA Championship ... tied for sixth at the USATF Pole Vault Summit with a mark of 16'-10.75" ... took the gold medal at the Red Raider Classic with a height of 17'-1" ... tied for second at the Red Raider Invitational, with a height of 16'-7.25" ... earned all-conference honors with a silver finish at the Big 12 Championships with a mark of 17'-5.75".

AT SOUTHWEST TEXAS: Set the freshman class record for the pole vault in both the indoor and outdoor seasons ... national qualifier in the pole vault as a freshman ... had the best mark for a freshman in the NCAA for both the indoor and outdoor seasons, 17'-6.5" and 17'-8.5" respectively ...
