2010 INDOOR: Season best of 47.85 in the 400M and 3:08.04 in the 4x400M relay.

2009 OUTDOOR: Member of the 2009 United States World Championships team and competed at the World Championships ... finishing second at the U.S. Champinoships ... won the Big 12 400M title with a school record and personal best of 44.86 ... won the Midwest Regional with a time of 45.71 ... all-conference member of the 4x100M relay ... named All-Big 12 as a member of the 4x400M relay and anchored a season best 3:02.75 at the Midwest Regional.

2009 INDOOR: NCAA Indoor runner-up in the 400M and All-American ... member of the 4x400M relay that was named All-American ... Big 12 Indoor Champion in the 400M ... set a school record with a 45.71 in the 400M at the NCAA Championships ... all-conference in the 400M and 4x400M relay.

2008 OUTDOOR: Earned All-American honors as a member of the 4X400M relay team at the NCAA Championships finishing sixth with a mark of 3:05.22 ... earned All-Regional honors with the relay team at the Midwest Regional finishing third with a mark of 3:04.09 ... won the 400M with a mark of 46.21 at the Red Raider Open ... placed second in the 200M with a mark of 21.04 ... member of the 4X100M relay team placing third with a mark of 39.73 at the UTEP Invite.
