DMR ... earned all-conference honors with the team that placed eighth at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 10:03.83.

2004 OUTDOOR: Competed in the 800M, 1500M and 5000M ... 800M ... finished third at both the ASU Relays and TTU Invitational with times of 1:55.09 and 1:57.10, respectively ... 1500M ... clocked a time of 3:53.21 at the MJ Invitational for a fifth-place finish ... finished third at the ASU Relays in a time of 4:01.37 ... ran a 3:53.10 in the prelims at the Big 12 conference meet ... took home first at the TTU Invitational with a time of 4:02.12 ... 5000M ... made one appearance at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 15:25.50, a personal best.

2004 INDOOR: Competed in the mile, 1000M, 3000M and DMR... MILE ... finished in eighth at the Quad with a time of 4:29.07 ... 1000M ... had a season- best finish with a time of 2:30.68 at the Big 12 Championships, finishing in 14th ... 3000M ... had a season-best time of 8:50.45 at the Big 12 Championships ... finished seventh at the Red Raider Invitational with a time of 9:21.71.

2003 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished the season with a solid performance at the Big 12 Championships where he ran a time of 27:19.9 on the 8000M course ... competed at the Chili Pepper Invite with a time of 32:27.80 on the 10K course ... at the Cowboy Jamboree (8K), ran a 26:52 ... in his first appearance of the year had a solid run at the Roy Griak Invitational (8K) with a time of 28:41.

2003 OUTDOOR: Finished in the top five in five 800M events including a first- place appearance at the Tarleton Relays with a time of 1:53.59 ... 800M ... had a best time of 1:50.68 at the ASU Relays with a finish of third ... also competed at the Big 12 Championship and Midwest Regional ... 1500M ... earned a second-place finish at the Texas Tech Invitational with a time of 3:59.52 ... had a season- best time of 3:52.22 in the 1500m at the Texas Tech Open for a first-place finish ... also finished first at the Tarleton Relays with a time of 3:58.87.

2003 INDOOR: Ran the 800M, 1000M, mile, 3000M and was a member of the DMR ... 800M ... best finish of second, came at the Red Raider Classic, 1:53.39 ... had a season-best time of 1:52.66 at the Husker Invitational for a seventh-place finish ... time was a personal best and NCAA-provisional mark ... 1000M ...
