LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech's cross country teams will be hosting the Red Raider Invitational this Friday at 6 p.m. at Meadowbrook Golf Course.

The No. 12 Lady Raiders will have the majority of its team running this weekend as fans will be able to see junior transfer Lilian Badaru run for the first time this season. Junior Gladys Kipsang and senior Asia Diaz who finished in the top 10 of the Cloudcroft Tri Meet will be running as well.

The Red Raiders will have its full team running with sophomores Gilbert Limo and Logan Culotta leading the team as both finished first and second at the Cloudcroft Tri Meet.

Twelve teams will be coming to run the course including South Plains, Wayland, West Texas A&M, New Mexico JC, Lubbock Christian and Fort Hay State University.

The women will run a 5K course at 6 p.m. and the men will follow with an 8K after competition.
