LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech's cross country teams will face tough competition this weekend as the majority of the No. 21 Lady Raiders will run at Notre Dame on Fri., Oct. 3rd, and the men and women not running at Notre Dame will run at the Cowboy Jamboree on Sat., Oct. 4th, in Stillwater, Okla.

The Notre Dame Invitational will have some of the toughest competition the Lady Raiders will see all year. No. 3 Florida State, No. 6 Princeton, No. 13 Providence, No. 14 Florida, No. 15 Michigan and No. 18 New Mexico are all competing this weekend. The Lady Raiders running at the Notre Dame Invitational are Lillian Badaru, the winner of the Red Raider Invitational, Asia Diaz, Gladys Kipsang, Katherine Priebe, Chep Boit, Michelle Guzman, Addison LeMaster and Brintney Green.

The Red Raiders and Lady Raiders are both fielding teams at the Cowboy Jamboree for Saturday's race. The men will be up against the likes of No. 2 Oklahoma State and No. 16 Northern Arizona. The Red Raiders competing this weekend include Eric Ayala, David Boston, Will Brewer, Noel Conrad, Logan Culotta, Zach Dawson, Aaron Greer, Cory Higgins, Jeremy Kight, Gilbert Limo, Nathan Milles, James Rodriguez, Jake Szot.

 

 

The Lady Raiders second running at the cowboys Jamboree will be Michelle Edman, Tori Epperson, Shannon Jackson, Amanda McKeehan, Kayla Sayegh and Kaci Westervelt.
