Baseball Falls to Texas Christian

LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Christian batters pounded out 16 hits, including four doubles and a triple, en route to a 10-1 victory over No. 25 Texas Tech.

Jimmy Frush (0-1) started on the mound for the Red Raiders but lasted only three innings, giving up seven hits, five runs (four earned) and three three walks. The bullpen didn't fare much better, as Kirk Ulrich, Brad Ralston and Zach Stewart surrendered a combined nine hits and five walks.

Tech hitters could only manage seven hits in the loss and the defense committed four errors.
