HIGH SCHOOL
Played varsity baseball at Midland High School under head coach Barry Russell…played along side current Red Raider sophomore Madison Edwards…helped Edwards lead Midland to the Class 5A State Championship in 2001…his senior season, the Bulldogs advanced to the regional semifinals…his senior season he hit .467 with 33 RBI, four home runs and 12 doubles…also played football and ran track…graduated from Midland High School in May of 2002.
