  • The last time Texas Tech suffered a 1-0 loss was against Texas A&M here at Dan Law Field on April 4, 1992.
  • Missouri has yet to allow an earned run in Big 12 play and only given up two runs in league games.
  • The No. 2 Tigers are the highest ranked team to come to Dan Law Field since then No. 2 Texas visited Lubbock back in 2004.
  • The shutout marked the second of the season for Tech as then No. 19 Louisiana-Lafayette held the Red Raiders scoreless in a 4-0 loss in the season opener back on Feb. 23.
