Texas Tech/TCU Series Finale Set for FSN National Broadcast

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech series finale against TCU on Easter Sunday - March 31 - at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park will have a national audience on FSN at 1:30 p.m., as the Big 12 Conference office and the network announced its 2013 baseball telecast schedule Tuesday. A total of eight Big 12 baseball games have been selected for telecast between FOX Sports Networks (FSN) and ESPN. The Red Raiders and Horned Frogs matchup on Easter will be the first of the eight televised games announced by the conference. Texas Tech is scheduled to play 11 games on television this season, including eight home games at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park. Last season the Red Raiders played 10 games on television while four were to a national audience, including the season finale against Kansas State on FSN in Lubbock. This year's appearance on FSN will mark the network's third time ever to broadcast a Red Raiders baseball game in Lubbock. The first FSN broadcast of Tech baseball from Lubbock came on Sunday, March 28, 2010 against Texas. Additional television appearances are possible through other Big 12 broadcast partners and institutional contacts and will be announced at a later time. 2013 BIG 12 BASEBALL TELECAST SCHEDULE
