Texas Tech Baseball Holds First Fall Scrimmage Friday|

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech baseball team is nearing the end of its first week of fall team practices and the Red Raiders will host their first team scrimmage on Friday, Sept. 21, at 3:45 p.m. at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park.
The public is welcome to attend while all team practices and scrimmages are free admission during the entire fall season.
Friday's scrimmage will consist of 4-6 innings while seven pitchers are scheduled to see action.
Texas Tech is led by first-year head coach Tim Tadlock. The Red Raiders have a 42-man fall roster with 32 newcomers (18 freshmen and 14 junior-college transfers). Tech has 10 players on its roster that have been in the program prior to this season.
