Dejan Kravic graduated over the summer with a degree in human sciences. He is one of three current Red Raiders on the squad working on their master's degree while they complete their eligibility.
JUNIOR (2012-13) -- Selected to the NABC Honors Court ... named First Team Academic All-Big 12 for 2013 ... named to both the fall and spring Big 12 Conference Commissioner's Honor Rolls ... appeared in 31 games, recording 28 starts ... scored the game-winning basket against West Virginia at the Phillips 66 Big 12 Championships on a putback with 0.4 seconds left, giving the Red Raiders their first tournament win since 2010 ... added 20 points against Kansas in the tournament quarterfinals ... averaged 13.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.0 blocks and 1.7 steals over the final three games of the season ... notched first career double-double against TCU with 16 points and a career-high 11 rebounds on 7 of 11 shooting ... recorded a career-high 22 points against North Carolina A&T, with 14 coming in the second half ... had back-to-back double-digit scoring efforts against Northern Kentucky (10) and McNeese State (10) ... began his Texas Tech career with the oddfecta of nine points, seven rebounds and five blocks against Prairie View ... had a breakout game against Omaha with 20 points and six boards. PRIOR TO TEXAS TECH -- Kravic averaged 15.6 points, 9.6 rebounds and 2.3 blocks as a sophomore at York ... ranked first in the conference in blocks and second in rebounding ... nationally in Canada, ranked second in blocks and fifth in rebounding ... earned second team Ontario University Athletics (OUA) East Division All-Star honors ... as a freshman, averaged 13.2 points, 8.8 rebounds and 1.9 blocks ... was selected to the OUA All-Rookie Team and named the York University all-sports Rookie of the Year ... finished first in blocks and fourth in rebounding in the league. Nationally, he finished second in blocks and ninth in rebounding ... was a three-time most valuable player at Westminster High School in London, Ontario ... In 2009, he led Westminster to Class AA finals of the OFSAA Championships ... was the leading scoring in the tournament ... earned All-Ontario honors for his efforts as a senior.
