PRIOR TO TEXAS TECH
Nash averaged 11 points per game along with 4.3 rebounds during his redshirt freshman season with the Tyler Junior College Apaches ... lettered for three seasons at Waterloo East High School in Waterloo, Iowa ... played for Steve McGraw ... earned All-State and All-Conference honors at Waterloo East ... also named City MVP ... averaged 17.1 points and 6.1 rebounds as a senior at Waterloo East ... played football in high school ... was also recruited by Iowa, Iowa State, Nebraska and West Virginia.
