Baylor has now won seven of the last eight meetings between the two teams, but Texas Tech leads the all-time series 74-51.

Texas Tech falls to 9-12 overall and 2-8 in Big 12 play.

The Red Raiders were held without a single player in double figures. It is the first time that has happened since Feb. 20, 2007. It snaps a string of 220 consecutive games with at least one player in double figures.

Texas Tech was held to 48 points against Baylor for the second time this season. It is also the fourth time this year the Red Raiders have not reached 50 points. Last season, the Red Raiders failed to reach 50 points six times.

For the ninth time this season, Texas Tech equaled its season low with three 3-pointers made in a game. The Red Raiders have made three treys in a game against Jackson State, McNeese State, Alabama, Arizona State, Florida A&M, at Oklahoma State, Iowa State, Kansas State and at Baylor.

Texas Tech shot below 60 percent from the line for the fourth time this season, converting just 11 of 20 from the charity stripe. The Red Raiders are shooting just 64.5 percent from the line away from Lubbock this season, while making 69.5 percent from the free throw line in the United Spirit Arena.

Josh Gray recorded his third consecutive game with at least five assists. He had a career-high seven assists. He is the first Red Raider to have seven assists since Ty Nurse had seven assists last season against Oklahoma. He is averaging 3.0 assists per game and is the first freshman to average 3.0 assists since John Roberson (3.3) in 2008.

Jamal Williams, Jr. led the Red Raiders in scoring (eight points) and rebounding (seven boards). His seven rebounds were a career high for the Brooklyn native.

Dejan Kravic recorded his fourth straight game with a block and his third straight game with two blocks. In all, he has recrded a blovk in 12 of 21 games this season and is averaging 1.4 blocks per game.
