LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech point guard Jamal Brown (Dallas, Texas) has been named to the CollegeInsider.com All-Juco Team announced yesterday by the website.

Brown, a transfer from Fort Scott (Kan.) Community College, is third on the team this season with 10.8 points per game and ranks 12th nationally with 6.4 assists per game. He also ranks third in the league in assists. The 6-foot-0 guard is third on the Tech single-season assists list with 166 and is second on the team with 31 made three-pointers.

In addition to Brown, Maurice Baker (Oklahoma State), Aaron McGhee (Oklahoma) and Larry Reid (Kansas State) also represent the Big 12 on 15-member squad.
