How much are tickets?
Ticket prices vary from season tickets to individual game tickets and mini-packs. For updated pricing, please click here or call the athletics ticket office at (806) 742-TECH (8324).
Where do I purchase tickets?
There are numerous ways to purchase tickets. Tickets are available 24 hours a day at www.texastech.com/tickets or you can purchase them by phone at (806) 742-TECH (8324) or in person at the Athletics Ticket Office (8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M-F), which is located in the north end zone at Jones AT&T Stadium. On gameday, ticket booths will be open at Gates 1 and 3 and the main ticket office, now located on the West Side Lobby of Jones AT&T Stadium. Tickets can be purchased three hours prior to kickoff, if available. Purchase now!
What time does the ticket office open on Gameday?
The Ticket Office will open three hours prior to each game at Gate 1, Gate 3 and the main ticket office, now located on the West Side Lobby of Jones AT&T Stadium.
My tickets are at will call. How do I pick them up?
Will call for individual game tickets will be available three hours prior to kickoff at Gate 1, Gate 3 and at the main ticket office, now located in the West Side Club Lobby, which can be entered through Gate 2 of the Stadium.
Season ticket and parking will call will only be available at the main ticket office. Photo ID will be required for all will call tickets. Only the account holder on record will be allowed to pick-up tickets from will call. If other arrangements need to be made, please contact the Ticket Office in advance of game day by calling (806) 742-TECH (8324).
What about ADA seating?
ADA seating, including wheelchair spaces, are available on a game-by-game basis. Guests who do not have reserved ADA seats (row 34 in sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 18) may contact the ticket office at 806-742-TECH (8324) for possible alternate seating options (if available). Standing is not allowed in the ADA seating area.
Is the game sold out?
Once a game reaches sellout status, Texas Tech will make a formal announcement on texastech.com and through its social media channels. If there is no such announcement on texastech.com, it's just a rumor!
When will game times be announced?
Game times are typically announced 12 days in advance of the game. However, there are circumstance when game time will not be announced until six days prior to the game. Game times are controlled by the Big 12 Conference and its television partners and they are released immediately once a decision has been relayed to Texas Tech. Are there affordable ticket options for a family?
Yes! We would encourage you to look at the 2012 Football Family Plan: A five game family plan includes four reserved seats to all home games (excluding Texas) for only $400. Seats are located close to the action in the north end zone (section 11). That's four people, five games, only $400. You can't beat that! For more information, click here.
Can I bring a group to the game?
Yes! Texas Tech offers group ticket plans for groups of 20 or more individuals. Please contact a member of our sales team to learn about our special offers at (806) 742-TECH (8324).
Something came up. I can't make the game. What can I do with my tickets?
Season ticket holders are now offered an online service where account holders can transfer tickets to friends and family. Please Click here to log into your account. In addition, we offer an online ticket marketplace where fans can sell unused tickets on StubHub. For more information, please click here.
Where can I park?
Parking lots on campus are reserved for donors/fans who have purchased season parking. Individual game parking is available for purchase and is located just west of the United Spirit Arena. Is there ADA parking?
Yes! ADA parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests requiring ADA access to the outside seats (west side) may have their tickets scanned at Gate 1 and then enter thru Gate 1C to access elevators. Free ADA Public Parking: Located south of Health Sciences Center on 10th Street north of Garst Pavilion, lot B-5. Must have a valid ADA placard and/or hangtag. Complimentary ADA equipped roundtrip shuttle service beginning 3 hours prior to kick-off to the southwest corner (Gate 1 area) of the stadium.
Can I park for free?
Yes! Free parking is available next to University Medical Center. Round trip bus service to the stadium from those lots is $5 per person.
I purchased parking at the United Spirit Arena. How do I get to the stadium?
Texas Tech and Citibus have partnered to provide bus service from these lots to the stadium. A round-trip fare is just $5 per person.
Can I tailgate?
Tailgating is permitted in all paid parking areas. It is prohibited in the free parking lots next to University Medical Center. There are further restrictions at Raider Park. For more information on tailgating, including do's and don'ts - click here.
Is there free entertainment around the stadium prior to the game?
Yes! Fans are encouraged to visit Raider Alley beginning three hours prior to each home game. Raider Alley is located just south of Gate 1 next to the Frazier Alumni Pavilion and offers live entertainment, including the Texas Tech Spirit Squads. Food vendors from local restaurants will offer a wide variety of food items for purchase. This is also the prime spot to take part in Raider Walk!

What time does the Goin' Band march to the stadium?
The Goin' Band From Raiderland will make its traditional march to Jones AT&T Stadium from the music building 45 minutes before each home game. Fans are encouraged to line the street to watch this traditional parade by the best band in the land!
What time do the stadium gates open?
Club and Suite holders will be allowed to enter the Stadium two hours prior to each game. All other gates will open ninety minutes prior to kickoff.
Once I am inside the stadium, can I leave and return?
Patrons may exit Jones AT&T Stadium beginning at Kick-Off through the end of halftime. Patrons may have their ticket electronically scanned "out" at any gate except Gate 4A and Gate 6. Failure to have a ticket properly scanned "out" will result in an invalid ticket and denial of admission upon attempt to re-enter the stadium. Stadium security policies will be in place for all guests re-entering the stadium.
If I have a question on gameday, where do I go?
Guest Services kiosks are available outside Gates 1 and 3. If you are inside the stadium, go to the main ticket office lobby, located inside the club level outside of Section 5.
It looks like rain. Can I bring my umbrella to the game?
No. Umbrellas are not permitted in the stadium. We suggest rain gear or a poncho!
Is alcohol available for purchase? Can I bring it into the stadium?
Alcohol is only available for purchase in the club seat and suite areas. It is not available in general seating. Fans are not allowed to bring alcohol through the stadium gates.
What items can I bring into the stadium and what is not allowed?

I am from out of town and attending my first game. How do I get to the stadium?
The GPS address for Jones AT&T Stadium is 2526 6th St., Lubbock, TX 79409.
From Lubbock International Airport - Take I-27 south to downtown, take Marsha Sharp Freeway (US 82) exit and head west (right turn). The stadium will be on the left.
From US Highway 84 - Follow US 84 to I-27 and head north (right turn). Take Marsha Sharp Freeway (US 82) exit and head West (left turn) The stadium will be on the left.
From US Highway 82 - US Highway 82 turns into the Marsha Sharp Freeway (US 82) at I-27. Continue heading west until you reach the stadium.
