High School: A 1998 graduate of Denison High School ... credited with 82 solo tackles, 40 assists, 13 for losses, three sacks and one fumble recovery as a senior ... suffered a broken foot as a junior and missed eight games ... played tailback and rushed 18 times for 85 yards and two TDs as a senior ... caught five passes for 70 yards ... second-team all-district 7-4A selection ... second-team all-TexomaLand ... recorded a career-high 18 tackles twice ... played weak inside linebacker in team's 4-4 defense ... played on three consecutive class 4A state finalists ... team went 47-4 during that time ... coached by Bob Brown ... also participated in track and twice finished runner-up in TAAF 13-14-year-old division ... active in FCA, Spanish Club and Art Club.
