GAMEDAY SERVICES/SECURITY

ADA Elevator Access (West Side Only): Guests requiring ADA access to the outside seats (west side) may have their tickets scanned at Gate 1 and then enter thru Gate 1C to access elevators.
ADA Seating: ADA seating, including wheelchair spaces, are available on a game by game basis. Guests who do not have reserved ADA seats (row 34 in sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 18) may contact the ticket office at 806-742-4412 for possible alternate seating options (if available). Standing is not allowed in the ADA seating area.
Alcohol: It is prohibited in the stadium. Violators are subject to ejection.
ATM: ATM machines are located on the west and east concourses.
Bags and Bag Search: Small bags, purses and fanny packs are permitted.
Bags larger than 14" x 10" will not be permitted.
All items brought into the stadium are subject to search.
Beverages/Food: Outside beverages and/or food are not allowed into the stadium.
Bus (Shuttle Service): Citibus provides roundtrip shuttle service beginning 3 hours prior to kick-off until 1 hour after conclusion of the game.
Cost is $5.00 per person for roundtrip service.
Pick-up stations are located at the parking lots west of the United Spirit Arena (18th & Indiana Ave.) and west of the Health Sciences Center (Texas Tech Parkway & 10th St.)
Drop-off is at the southwest corner (Gate 1 area) of the stadium.
Concessions: Ovations operates the concession stands located on the concourse.
Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times.
Texas Tech University supports the Big 12 Conference Code of Sportsmanship and encourages our
fans to treat visitors, players, coaches and officials with courtesy.
Violators of stadium policies are subject to ejection.
Containers and Coolers: Cans, glass, bottles, coolers (ice chests) and other type beverage containers are prohibited in the stadium.
Electronic Ticket Scanning: All tickets will be electronically scanned in order to verify authenticity. Tickets must be scanned each time a patron enters or exits the stadium. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office.
Exiting the Stadium: Patrons may exit Jones AT&T Stadium beginning at Kick-Off through the end of halftime. Patrons may have their ticket electronically scanned "out" at any gate except Gate 4A and Gate 6. Failure to have a ticket properly scanned "out" will result in an invalid ticket and denial of admission upon attempt to re-enter the stadium. Stadium security policies will be in place for all guests re-entering the stadium.
Express Lanes are available at all gates for fans without items to be inspected.
Field Access: Field access is limited only to those individuals with a proper credential.
Firearms: Firearms are not allowed in the stadium (Texas Penal Code Section 46).
First Aid: Medical services are available at the First Aid stations located on the west side concourse and on the east side concourse.
In case of an emergency, please contact a Police Officer or Event Staff personnel.
Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or special needs are encouraged to check in at First Aid and inform the attendants of their seating locations.
Gates: Gates open 2 hours prior to kickoff. Individuals ages 2 and older must present a valid ticket for entry into the stadium.
Guest Services Center: There are 2 Guest Services Centers located near Gate 1 and on the northwest concourse (section 11). Guest Services assist guests with game day information.
Guns Up Club: The Guns Up Club is a terrific way for young Red Raider Fans (age 12 and under) to become involved in Texas Tech Athletics and activities!

Lost Children: In case of a missing child, contact a Police Officer or Event Staff personnel.
Lost children will be escorted to either of the stadium security offices located on the west and east concourses of the stadium.
Lost and Found: Articles found in the Stadium, Club Level, Suite Levels and Press Level are turned
over immediately to the TTPD Stadium Security Office.
Items unclaimed at TTPD Stadium Security Office - post game - are taken to the TTPD offices (2901 4th Street).
Merchandise: Officially licensed Texas Tech merchandise is available for purchase at locations throughout the stadium.
Unauthorized merchandise may not be sold on the grounds in or around the stadium.
Guests approached by someone selling merchandise are asked to report the person and location to an Event Staff personnel or Police Officer.
Parking:
Reserved Parking: For information contact the Red Raider Club at 806-742-1196.
Paid Parking General Public: General public parking is available in the lots west of the United Spirit Arena (located at 18th and Indiana Ave.).
Citibus provides roundtrip shuttle service beginning 3 hours prior to kick-off from this location for $5.00 per person to the southwest corner (Gate 1 area) of the stadium.
Paid Parking: RV's, Buses and Vehicles with Camper Trailers: Game day parking is available in the lots west of the United Spirit Arena (located at 18th and Indiana Ave.).
Paid Parking in Raider Park: Automobiles/RV's: Located just north of the stadium, access from the new Raider Park garage to Jones AT&T Stadium is easy via a pedestrian bridge. Raider Park offers fans area reserved parking on a per game or season basis.
Free Public Parking: Located west of Health Sciences Center at Texas Tech Parkway and 10th Street. Citibus provides roundtrip shuttle service beginning 3 hours prior to kick-off from this location for $5.00 per person to the southwest corner (Gate 1 area) of the stadium.
Free ADA Public Parking: Located south of Health Sciences Center on 10th Street north of Garst Pavilion, lot B-5. Must have a valid ADA placard and/or hangtag. Complimentary ADA equipped roundtrip shuttle service beginning 3 hours prior to kick-off to the southwest corner
(Gate 1 area) of the stadium.
Photography: Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use. Cameras with telescopic lenses (4" or longer), 300mm or greater focal length and video cameras are prohibited.
Commercial photography is prohibited.
Programs: Souvenir game programs may be purchased inside the stadium.
Public Address Announcements: Individuals will not be paged over the public address system.

Raider Alley: Raider Alley is located southwest of the stadium (across from Gate 1) and opens 3 hours prior to kick-off.
Beverages and/or food purchased at Raider Alley may not be brought into the stadium.
Items purchased at Raider Alley (that can be thrown or used as an artificial noisemaker) are not permitted in the stadium.
Restrooms: Men's, Women's and Family restrooms are located throughout the stadium on the concourse level.
Stadium Seats: Stadium seats may be rented on game day at gates 1, 3, and 4 .

Smoking: Jones AT&T Stadium is a Smoke-Free facility.
Fans are required to have their valid game ticket scanned out and may exit the stadium to smoke.

Solicitation: Texas Tech University policy prohibits solicitations of any unauthorized item for sale, trade or giveaway on the grounds in or around the stadium.
This includes solicitation of charitable donations and game or event tickets.
Violators of this policy may be asked to leave the stadium.
Stadium Suites and Club Level Seating: West Stadium Suites and Club Level seating are accessible through Gate 2.
East Stadium Suites and Club Level seating are accessible through Gate 5.
Fans must have a suite or club ticket to be admitted.

Throwing of Objects: Anyone caught throwing objects inside the stadium and/or onto the field will be subject to ejection from the stadium and/or arrest.
For individuals ejected from the stadium, a ticket refund is not available.
Tickets:
General Information: All individuals ages 2 and older must present a ticket to enter the stadium.
Tickets may be purchased at the Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office located on the north end of the stadium and ticket windows located at Gates 1 and 3.
Ticket windows open two hours prior to kickoff.
Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office.
Lost/Misplaced Tickets: Lost or misplaced season or individual tickets will be handled by the Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office (located north end of the stadium). Tel: 806-742-4412 or 888-462-4412.
Replacement ticket cost will be assessed.
Will Call: Pre-purchased general public tickets may be picked up at the Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office located at the north end of the stadium.
Only the person whose name is on the ticket order may pick up the tickets.
A photo ID is required for all will-call orders.
Player-Guests: Will-call location for Texas Tech player-guests is located at Gate 4 on the northeast corner of the stadium.
Will-call location for the Visiting team is located at Gate 4A at the north end of the stadium.
Will-call locations will open two hours prior to kickoff.
A photo ID must be shown at the time of pick-up and tickets will be distributed in accordance with NCAA regulations.
Once ticket is received, guests are required to enter the stadium immediately.
High School Football Coaches: Coaches must call 806-742-1015, ext. 231 starting Monday the week of the game to reserve a ticket.
No calls will be taken after 5 p.m. on Thursday of that week.
Tickets may be picked-up at Gate 3 beginning two hours prior to kick-off.
Once ticket is received, guests are required to enter the stadium immediately.
A photo ID is required.
Umbrellas: For the safety and consideration of all guests, umbrellas are prohibited in the stadium.
Guests may consider bringing appropriate rain gear in case of inclement weather.
Security measures will be constantly reviewed and are subject to change as conditions warrant. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
