Welcome to Jones AT&T Stadium, home of the Texas Tech Red Raiders. The stadium is located on campus at the corner of University Ave. and the Marsha Sharp Freeway. For GPS purposes, please use 2526 Mac Davis Lane.
ADA Elevator Access (West Side Only): Guests requiring ADA access to the outside seats (west side) may have their tickets torn at Gate 1B (Media/ADA Entrance) and then access elevators to mezzanine level.
ADA Seating: ADA seating, including wheelchair spaces, are available on a game by game basis. Guests who do not have reserved ADA seats (row 34 in sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 18) may contact the ticket office at 806-742-TECH (8324) for possible alternate seating options (if available).
Standing is not allowed in the ADA seating area.
Alcohol: It is prohibited in the stadium. Violators are subject to ejection.
ATM: ATM machines are located on the west and east concourses.
Bags and Bag Search: Small bags, purses and fanny packs are permitted.
Bags larger than 14" x 10" will not be permitted.
All items brought into the stadium are subject to search.
Beverages/Food: Outside beverages and/or food are not allowed into the stadium.
Bus (Shuttle Service): Citibus provides roundtrip shuttle service beginning 3 hours prior to kick-off until 1 hour after conclusion of the game.
Cost is $5.00 per person (cash only) for roundtrip service.
Pick-up stations are located at the parking lots west of United Supermarkets Arena (18th & Indiana Ave.), north of John Walker Soccer Complex (Texas Tech Parkway & 10th St.) and northwest of Health Sciences Center (Texas Tech Parkway & 5th St.). Drop-off is at the southwest corner (Gate 1 area) of the stadium.
Cameras: Commercial cameras and video equipment are not permissible. Personal cameras, with no flash, are allowed. No professional lenses allowed.
Concessions: Ovations operates the concession stands located on the concourse.
Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times.
Texas Tech University supports the Big 12 Conference Code of Sportsmanship and encourages our
fans to treat visitors, players, coaches and officials with courtesy. Violators of stadium policies are subject to ejection.
Containers and Coolers: Cans, glass, bottles, coolers (ice chests) and other type beverage containers are prohibited in the stadium.
Electronic Ticket Scanning: All tickets will be electronically scanned in order to verify authenticity. Tickets must be scanned each time a patron enters or exits the stadium. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office.
Express Lanes are available at all gates for fans without items to be inspected.
Field Access: Field access is limited only to those individuals with a proper credential.
Firearms: Firearms are not allowed in the stadium (Texas Penal Code Section 46).
First Aid: Medical services are available at the First Aid stations located on the west side concourse and on the east side concourse.
In case of an emergency, please contact a Police Officer or Event Staff personnel.
Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or special needs are encouraged to check in at First Aid and inform the attendants of their seating locations.
Gates: Gates 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 open 1 1/2 hours prior to kickoff. Individuals ages 2 and older must present a valid ticket for entry into the stadium. Gates 2 and 5, Club/Suites, will open 2 hours prior to kick-off.

Guest Services Center: Fans that have game day related issues are encouraged to visit one of three Guest Services locations at Jones AT&T Stadium. Guest Services locations outside the stadium are located at Gates 1 and 3 while an in-stadium booth is in the West Stadium Club lobby. Fans can also seek out an usher for assistance.
Lost Children: In case of a missing child, contact a Police Officer or Event Staff personnel.
Lost children will be escorted to either of the stadium security offices located on the west and east concourses of the stadium.
Lost and Found: Articles found in the Stadium, Club Level, Suite Levels and Press Level are turned
over immediately to the TTPD Stadium Security Office.
Items unclaimed at TTPD Stadium Security Office - post game - are taken to the TTPD offices (2901 4th Street).
Merchandise: Officially licensed Texas Tech merchandise is available for purchase at locations throughout the stadium.
Unauthorized merchandise may not be sold on the grounds in or around the stadium.
Guests approached by someone selling merchandise are asked to report the person and location to an Event Staff personnel or Police Officer.
Parking - Reserved Donor Parking: Three new donor parking areas have been made available for the 2014 football season. A map of available lots can be accessed here. For information contact the Red Raider Club at 806-742-1196.
Paid Parking - General Public: General public parking is available for $20 per car on game day, (credit card only) in the lots west of the United Supermarkets Arena (located at 18th and Indiana Ave.) and north of John Walker Soccer Complex (Texas Tech Parkway & 10th St.). Citibus provides roundtrip shuttle service beginning 3 hours prior to kick-off for $5.00 per person (cash only) to the southwest corner (Gate 1 area) of the stadium.
Paid Parking: RV's, Buses: Game day parking is available in the lots north of the John Walker Soccer Complex (Texas Tech Parkway & 10th St.). All spots for the 2014 season are SOLD OUT. RV's and Buses are prohibited from automobile parking locations. Vehicles with trailers: Game day parking is available in the lots west of United Supermarkets Arena (18th and Indiana Ave.) or north of the John Walker Soccer Complex (Texas Tech Parkway & 10th St.). Passes must be purchased for both the vehicle and trailer, and the trailer must fit in an individual parking space.
Paid Parking in Raider Park: Automobiles/RV's: Located just north of the stadium, access from the new Raider Park garage to Jones AT&T Stadium is easy via a pedestrian bridge. Raider Park offers fans area-reserved parking on a per game or season basis. Drive up parking, based on availability will be $55 per car on game day (credit card only).
Free Public Parking: Located northwest of Health Sciences Center at Texas Tech Parkway and 5th Street. Citibus provides roundtrip shuttle service beginning 3 hours prior to kick-off for $5.00 per person (cash only) to the southwest corner (Gate 1 area) of the stadium.
ADA Public Parking: ADA parking will no longer be available in the B-5 parking lot (located south of University Medical Center off of 10th street). ADA parking will now be located north of the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in the parking lots located between 4th and 5th streets. Must have a valid ADA placard and/or hangtag. A charge of $5 will apply to all riders. ADA patrons may ride regular busses (provided by CitiBus) or take the ADA shuttle as the bus loop for pre-game and post-game will stop near the ADA lot. The ADA shuttle will only run from the stadium to the new ADA lot located north of the TTUHSC. ADA shuttles will pick up passengers at Gate 1 at a location that will be clearly marked with signage.
Photography: Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use. Commercial photography is prohibited.
Programs: Souvenir game programs may be purchased inside the stadium.

Raider Alley: Raider Alley is located southwest of the stadium (across from Gate 1) and opens 3 hours prior to kick-off. Experience Raider Alley, a family friendly interactive area located just outside Gate 1 of Jones AT&T Stadium. Raider Alley offers fans the opportunity to test their skills in our Raider Power Area, meet Texas Tech favorites like the Masked Rider, Raider Red and Texas Tech teams as well as enjoy live action from around the country on multiple HD screens. Feeling hungry after all of this action? Visit the multiple food vendors stationed throughout Raider Alley full of delicious options. Raider Alley opens 3 hours prior to kickoff, see you there!
Beverages and/or food purchased at Raider Alley may not be brought into the stadium.
Items purchased at Raider Alley (that can be thrown or used as an artificial noisemaker) are not permitted in the stadium.

Re-Entry Policy: Fans may exit and come back into the stadium with the following guidelines - Patrons may exit Jones AT&T Stadium beginning at Kick-Off through the end of halftime. Patrons may have their ticket electronically scanned "out" at any gate except Gate 6. Failure to have a ticket properly scanned "out" will result in an invalid ticket and denial of admission upon attempt to re-enter the stadium. All patrons re-entering the stadium must re-enter no later than the start of the 4th quarter. Stadium security policies will be in place for all guests re-entering the stadium.
Restrooms: Men's, Women's and Family restrooms are located throughout the stadium on the concourse level.
Smoking: Jones AT&T Stadium is a Smoke-Free facility. (Including electronic cigarettes)
Fans are required to have their valid game ticket scanned out and may exit the stadium to smoke.

Solicitation: Texas Tech University policy prohibits solicitations of any unauthorized item for sale, trade or giveaway on the grounds in or around the stadium.
This includes solicitation of charitable donations and game or event tickets.
Violators of this policy may be asked to leave the stadium.
Stadium Seats: Stadium seats may be rented on game day at gates 1, 3, and 4.

Stadium Suites and Club Level Seating: West Stadium Suites and Club Level seating are accessible through Gate 2. East Stadium Suites and Club Level seating are accessible through Gate 5.
North Club seating are accessible through all traditional gates (1, 3 and 4) with exclusive access to the north end building through both the east and west doors. Fans must have a suite or club ticket to be admitted. For more information, contact the Red Raider Club at 806-742-1196.

Throwing of Objects: Anyone caught throwing objects inside the stadium and/or onto the field will be subject to ejection from the stadium and/or arrest. For individuals ejected from the stadium, a ticket refund is not available.
General Information: The Texas Tech Ticket Office will open three hours prior to kickoff for every home game. Tickets may be purchased at the ticket windows located at Gate 1, Gate 3 and at the main ticket office, located in the West Stadium Building main west doors (Gate 2). All Season tickets must be picked up at Gate 2. All individuals ages 2 and older must present a ticket to enter the stadium. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office.
Lost/Misplaced Tickets: Lost or misplaced season or individual tickets will be handled by the Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office (located in the West Stadium Building main west doors, Gate 2). Tel: 806-742-TECH (8324).
Will Call: Will call for individual game tickets will be available three hours prior to kickoff at Gate 1, Gate 3 and at the main ticket office, located in the West Stadium Building main west doors (Gate 2). All Season tickets must be picked up at Gate 2.
Season ticket will call will only be available at the main ticket office. Donor or fan parking will call, both season and game x game, will only be available at the main ticket office. Photo ID will be required for all will call tickets. Only the account holder on record will be allowed to pick-up tickets from will call.

Player-Guests: Will-call location for Texas Tech player-guests is located at Gate 4 on the northeast corner of the stadium. Will-call location for the Visiting team is located at Gate 3 at the northwest corner of the stadium. Will-call locations will open 1 ½ hours prior to kickoff. A photo ID must be shown at the time of pick-up and tickets will be distributed in accordance with NCAA regulations. Guests entering through the pass list must enter the Stadium as soon as tickets are received.
High School Football Coaches: Coaches must call 806-834-5814 starting Monday the week of the game to request tickets. Tickets may be picked-up at Gate 4 beginning 1 1/2 hours prior to kick-off.
A photo ID must be shown at the time of pick-up and tickets will be distributed in accordance to NCAA regulations. Guests entering through the pass list must enter the Stadium as soon as tickets are received.
Umbrellas: For the safety and consideration of all guests, umbrellas are prohibited in the stadium.
Guests may consider bringing appropriate rain gear in case of inclement weather.
