Tickets for the Red Raider Club Kickoff Luncheon are on sale now.

Red Raider football fans eager to get a glance at this year's team are urged to purchase tickets for the annual Red Raider Club Kickoff Luncheon set for Thursday, Aug. 18 at the Lubbock Civic Center Exhibit Hall.

The annual event serves as the first major celebration of Texas Tech football and will get underway at 11:15 a.m. Tickets begin at $30 and can be purchased by calling the Red Raider Club at (806) 742-1196 or online at redraiderclub.com.

This year's program will change from previous kickoff luncheons and will feature special guest and former head coach Spike Dykes. Head Coach Tommy Tuberville will give fans and in-depth look at this year's team and an introduction of players and staff. Also on hand will be the Goin' Band From Raiderland, Raider Red, Saddle Tramps and the Tech cheer and pom squads.
