TICKET SALES & WILL CALL
Tickets remain for Saturday's game against Kansas and can be purchased by calling the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office at (806) 742-TECH or by logging on to www.texastech.com. Fans who have requested their tickets be left for pickup at Will Call on Saturday need to be advised that Will Call will open at 9 a.m. on Saturday. General Will Call is located in the Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office (North End of Jones AT&T Stadium). Fans are advised to pick up Will Call tickets early as lines get very long close to kickoff.
All gates to Jones AT&T Stadium will open at 12:30 p.m. Scan-outs (pass-outs) will begin at the start of the first quarter and available at gates 1, 2, 3, 3A, 4, 4A, & 6.

REPRINT POLICY
The Texas Tech athletic ticket office is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
However, in certain circumstances, the ticket office will try to accommodate fans with the following circumstances:
TICKETS LEFT AT HOME
Fans that have left their tickets at home can come to the athletic ticket office at the North end of Jones AT&T Stadium ON GAME DAY to pick up replacement tickets for a fee.
THE TICKET OFFICE WILL NOT REPRINT TICKETS FOR PERSONS OTHER THAN THE OWNER OF THE SEATS.
The owner of the seats must come in person to the ticket office with photo ID so the ticket office can verify his/her seat location. No one else is entitled to reprinted tickets.
Reprint Fee: $10 per ticket per game EXCEPT FOR TEXAS A&M. Texas A&M reprint fee is $95 per ticket per seat.
Fans who get reprints can obtain a partial refund on the Reprint Fee if they mail back their left at home tickets the following week. The ticket office can determine if the tickets left at home were scanned at the game.
WHY IS TEXAS A&M $95 PER TICKET REPRINT FEE?
The athletic ticket office has encountered several unfortunate situations in past years of season ticket holders claiming their tickets were left at home or lost, the tickets are then reprinted, and then both sets of tickets try to gain admission to the stadium.
These situations occur most frequently at the home games vs. Texas and Texas A&M.
THE TICKET OFFICE WILL NOT REPRINT TEXAS TICKETS FOR PERSONS OTHER THAN THE OWNER OF THE SEATS. Photo ID will be required.
If the Texas A&M tickets are genuinely left at home, the owner can ship those tickets to the athletic ticket office the following week for partial credit. If the tickets have not been scanned, then the ticket office will refund all but $20 per ticket on the Texas A&M seats.
STOLEN TICKETS
Tickets that are stolen can be reprinted, with Police Report documentation.
