Red Raider Golfers Prepare for Dr. Pepper Intercollegiate

POTTSBORO, Texas - The Texas Tech men's golf team hopes to battle out of a spring season slump at the Fourth Annual Dr. Pepper Intercollegiate Tournament Saturday and Sunday at the Tanglewood Resort on Lake Texoma.

The Red Raiders will be one of 19 teams to challenge the par-72, 7,003-yard course. The field includes Baylor and Nebraska as well as Mineesota, SMU, Northwestern, Indiana, Kent State, Illinois, Iowa, Jackson State, Miami (Ohio), Michigan, Missouri, Northern Illinois, Purdue, Southwestern Louisiana, Toledo and Wisconsin.

Saturday's play will consist of 36 holes with the final-round 18 holes on Sunday. Tee times will begin at 7:30 a.m. both days.
