Texas Tech Men's Golf Completes Play at Border Olympics
March 20, 1999 LAREDO, Texas - The Texas Tech men's completed third round play today at the Border Olympics in Laredo, Texas. The Red Raiders finished 18th out of the 18 teams in the Olympics with a score of 933. Baylor University was the overall winner with a score of 874 Leading the way for Texas Tech was Matt Loving. Loving finished tied for 56th with a three round score of 231. Manue Inman of Texas-Pan American won the Olympics with a score of 212. Texas Tech hits the greens again on March 27-28 when they battle at the Dr Pepper at Tanglewood Resort tournament in Pottsboro, Texas.
