LUBBOCK, Texas - - The Texas Tech men's golf team heads to Hutchinson, Kan. on Saturday to compete in the Big 12 Championship held at the Prairie Dunes Country Club. The 54-hole championship starts Monday, April 29th and finishes up on Tuesday, April 30th.

The Red Raiders will tee off at 8:50 a.m. Monday with Missouri and Kansas State. In last years championship, Texas Tech finished 10th, coming in before Iowa State and Nebraska.

Returning from the Stanford Invitational last weekend, senior David Bolen finished in a three-way tie for fourth, making the top five for the fourth time this season, while Mark Hull placed 23rd. The team finished eighth out of 17 teams with a score of 875 for three rounds
