LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech men's golf team travels to Oklahoma for the second time this season to compete May 11-12 in The Maxwell Tournament hosted by the University of Oklahoma in Ardmore, Okla.

Leading the Red Raiders into their final tournament of the regular season are seniors David Bolen and Kyle Willmann. Bolen currently holds the best stroke average on the team this season with a 72.16 while teammate Willmann is second on the team with a 73.27 stroke average.

Tech faces off against 10 other teams in the 54-hole tourney with returning champs Tulsa University looking to defend their title. The 11-team field consists of Arkansas, Colorado, Houston, North Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, SMU, Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and Tulsa.

Tech plays the first round of 36 holes Saturday and the final 18 holes Sunday at the Dornick Hills Country Club in Ardmore. Tee times for both days begin at 8 a.m.
