LUBBOCK, Texas -- - Lamar University (284) leads the 17-team field after the first round of play at the Baylor Invitational in Waco, Texas. Second round play was cancelled due to darkness.

Texas Tech's Mark Hull leads the Red Raiders, just four shots behind the leader, in a 17th place tie with seven other golfers at a 1-over par 71. David Bolen is tied for 32nd place with 10 other golfers at a 3-over par 73. Senior Corey Henegar holds at a 54th place tie with a 5-over par 75. Transfer Kyle Willmann is in a 8-way tie in 69th place with a 6-over par 76. Brooks Kelly rounds out the Red Raiders in 85th place at a 9-over par 79.

Iowa State's Jaime Faidley leads the pack after shooting a 67 at 3-under par in the first two rounds. Jimmy Walker of Baylor and A&M's Duke Butler are tied for second place with a 2-under par 68.

Third round play will continue tomorrow at 8 a.m., in Waco, Texas.
