LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech Men's Tennis team will host the defending Big 12 Champion Texas A&M Aggies on Friday at 2 p.m. at the McLeod Tennis Center. The Red Raiders will return to the courts to entertain the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m.

The Red Raiders enter the match with a 10-7 overall record and a 1-2 mark within the Big 12 Conference. The Aggies enter the match with a 14-3 record and 1-0 within the conference and is ranked #12 in the Omni Hotels Collegiate Tennis Rankings. Nebraska enters Sunday's match 7-7 overall and 1-1 within the conference.

Tech has been paced this year by senior Richard Crabtree, (Hebden Bridge, England) who has posted a 10-4 record on the season playing mostly in the third singles slot. A key to the match for the Red Raiders will be in the play of senior Royce Ramey (Richardson, Texas) against Texas A&M's Ryan Newport in the #1 singles slot. Newport is ranked #34 in the nation.

Fans attending men's tennis matches will receive free pizza and the first 50 fans in attendance will receive a free t-shirt.
