The Texas Tech Athletics mission is to educate, serve, and grow fearless champions.
The Strength & Conditioning program philosophy will apply proven performance-based principles to develop student-athletes physically, mentally, and emotionally so that they may achieve maximal athletic potential.
Our programs are designed to be sport-specific to improve speed, agility, power, endurance, mobility, and strength. Each of these principles are developed and prioritized to help student-athletes reach maximal performance level during their competitive season.
