Liz Menne and Chris Rhyce have joined the staff of newly named Associate AD/Ticket Operations Erik Book, giving the athletics ticket office some new faces beginning with the 2012-13 season.

Book, who was named head of the athletics ticket operation in late June, brought Menne with him from the University of Miami while Rhyce joins the staff from Notre Dame.

"We are excited to announce the additions of Liz Menne and Chris Rhyce to the Texas Tech Ticket Office," said Book. "Liz brings a unique set of skills that will utilize analytical research to focus on improving the customer experience. Her background in customer service and donor relations will be a great asset for our office. Having worked at two high level BCS programs, Chris has a great understanding of collegiate ticketing and will provide a fresh perspective and new ideas for our area."

Menne will serve as director of ticket operations and replaces Jarod Huddleston who left the athletics ticket office earlier this summer to pursue other career opportunities. She served as a customer service manager at the University of Miami from 2010-11 before being promoted to donor relations Manager in November 2011. As donor relations manager, she organized and managed the ticket and donor database, coordinated fulfillment of donor benefits, executed annual fund renewals and assisted with customer service manager development and implementation.

She is a native of Lake St. Louis, Mo., and owns a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's in Education, Research, Measurement and Evaluation.

Rhyce joins the Texas Tech staff as Assistant Director of Ticket Operations after spending the last year as an intern at the University of Notre Dame. Previous experience included stints at Florida State, the Tampa Bay Rays, University of Central Florida and the New York Yankees (Spring Training).

Rhyce, a native of Miami, Fla., graduated with honors from Florida State in 2005.

The Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office is located on the south end of Jones AT&T Stadium and is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Fans can contact a ticket office representative at (806) 742-TECH. Tickets can be purchased online texastech.com.
