STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) - Angie Braziel scored 26 points and grabbed five rebounds to lead No. 6 Texas Tech to a 79-68 victory over Oklahoma State on Saturday.

Texas Tech scored 14 straight points to open the game thanks to five Oklahoma State turnovers in the Cowgirls' first six possessions.

The Red Raiders (16-1, 5-0 Big 12) increased their lead to 31-13 with 9:35 to go in the first half. But Oklahoma State went on a 19-4 run to cut it to 35-32 at the half.

Tech went on a 16-3 run early in the second half to go up by 15. OSU didn't get closer than eight points in the last six minutes of the game.

Braziel hit 11 of 18 shots from the floor as the Red Raiders shot 49 percent. Texas Tech also hit eight of 17 3-point shots and was 15-of-21 from the free-throw line.

Rene Hanebutt added 19 for Texas Tech and Julie Lake had 15, as the Red Raiders shot 56 percent in the second half, including four-of-seven three-pointers after the break.

Jennifer Crow led Oklahoma State (10-5, 2-3) with 24 points while Nikki Harmon added 11 points and six rebounds.

The Cowgirls shot 50 percent from the field, hitting 24 of 48 shots, and outrebounded Texas 32-26. But they committed 26 turnovers.

Texas Tech committed 16 turnovers.
