LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) - Dominic Seals had 21 points and nine rebounds Saturday to lead Texas Tech past Colorado 62-44.

The Red Raiders (14-6, 2-4 Big 12) scored the first 12 points of the second half to extend a nine-point lead to 47-26 with 11:30 remaining. The Buffaloes (13-6, 2-4) went scoreless for the first nine minutes of the second half, missing their first 10 shots.

It was Colorado's worst offensive game of the season, with season lows for points and shooting percentage (24.1). Colorado made just four of 24 field goals in the second half.

Jackie McFarland tied a season high with 28 points and had nine rebounds to lead Colorado, which has lost 12 straight road games against Big 12 teams from Texas and Oklahoma.

Seals had 16 points in the first half after scoring just three in her last outing against Oklahoma.

The Lady Raiders led by as many as 11 in the first half after a nine-point run that included six points from Seals and a 3-pointer by Maria Moore.

McFarland scored Colorado's final 11 points of the first half as the Buffaloes cut their deficit to five with 3:50 to play. But four more points from Seals and Raquel Christian's second 3-pointer put Tech back up by nine, 35-26, at halftime.

Despite the win, Tech has a losing conference record after six games for the first time since the Big 12 began in 1996.
