LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) - Dominic Seals scored 21 points, including 19 in the second half, as Texas Tech beat Nebraska 65-56 on Sunday.

The Lady Raiders led by as many as 17.

Nebraska cut the lead to six, 62-56 with under a minute to play, after a 3-pointer by Yvonne Turner and a free throw by Danielle Page. But Seals responded with a layup on a fast break to secure the win.

Kelsey Griffin had her fifth double-double of the season with 15 points and 14 rebounds to lead Nebraska but she scored just three points in the second half. The Cornhuskers (18-9, 7-6 Big 12) shot 35 percent from the field for the game.

The win gave Texas Tech (16-11, 4-9) its 12th straight victory over Nebraska since 1997. The Lady Raiders have never lost at home to the Cornhuskers.

With Seals on the bench in the first half, Jordan Murphree led the way by scoring 11 of her 13 points. Erin Myrick and Stanecia Graham combined for 15 first-half points in Seals' absence.
