Raiders Demolish McNeese State, 93-44

LUBBOCK, Texas--Texas Tech University women's basketball team defeated McNeese State 93-44. The win improves the Red Raiders to 4-1, while dropping McNeese to 4-2.

Alicia Thompson led Tech with 21 points. The junior also had nine rebounds for the Raiders, who held a dominant 50-32 advantage under the boards. Four of Tech's starters were in double figures, evident in the fact that the team was .545 from the floor.

McNeese was led by Stacey Hale, who had 10 points.

Texas Tech travels to El Paso to take on UTEP on Tuesday, December 9th. Tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
