LUBBOCK, Texas - Due to a stress fracture found in a balcony section at the United Spirit Arena, Texas Tech basketball fans with seats in section 104 will be issued equivalent seats in section 122 of the arena for the remainder of the season.

Lady Raider and Red Raider basketball fans with seats in rows 23-31 in section 104 will be affected. New seat locations for the remaining men's games will be issued tonight at the Texas Tech-Oklahoma men's basketball game for men's season ticket holders. Lady Raider season ticket holders will receive replacement tickets in the mail for the remaining games.

"A lot of the ticket holders that selected section 104 did so because of the accessibility to the concourse area," Russell Warren, Texas Tech's Director of Ticket Operations, said. "Section 122 maintains this and it also assists in keeping walking to a minimum, which is a concern of some patrons.

" We will be assisting fans at the next few ballgames in relocating and making sure that they are comfortable in finding their new seats," Warren added.
