DALLAS, Texas - Texas Tech's Keitha Dickerson was named Big 12 Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week and Colorado's Sabrina Scott was named Big 12 Conference Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week by a vote of a media panel for games from Feb. 14-20.

Dickerson, a 6-0 senior forward, averaged 17.5 points and 9.0 rebounds while leading Texas Tech to wins over Nebraska and No. 18/20 Oklahoma. She connected on 13-of-20 field goal attempts for a .650 percentage and 9-of-14 free throws for a .643 percentage. Dickerson also contributed eight assists and four steals.

The Elk City, Okla., native picked up her 12th double-double of the season vs. NU with 12 points and 15 rebounds as she played all 40 minutes. It was her third straight double-double and fourth in five games. Dickerson scored a career-high 23 points in 34 minutes of action against OU while holding OU's leading scorer, Phylesha Whaley, to just two points in the second half and 18 for the game.

Scott, a 6-2 freshman forward, averaged 15.5 points, 8.0 rebounds and 3.5 blocks in Colorado's two games last week, including a win over Texas. She shot .600 (12-20) from the field, .750 from the three-point line (3-4) and .800 (4-5) from the free throw line.

The Lake Oswego, Ore., native scored a career-high 24 points vs. UT and grabbed 13 rebounds, one shy of her career-high. The double-double was her sixth of the season as she leads all Big 12 freshmen in double-doubles. Scott scored four straight points late in the second half of the Texas game to give CU the lead for the remainder of the game.
