LUBBOCK, Texas — Texas Tech sophomore forward Ebony Walker wanted to do something different this year for Easter.

This year, she got the chance to spend time with others who love being around a certain Easter bunny, just as much as she does.

Walker participated in the Betenbough Homes Easter Open House on Saturday.

The event featured an egg hunt, snacks, children’s crafts, and special story time with the Lady Raider and bunny.

Walker, a sophomore from Albuquerque, New Mexico, averaged just over two points per game in 25 games this season. She scored a career-high 13 points on Nov. 27 against Louisiana-Monroe and also hit a career-high five field goals in the win.
