Greetings Lady Raider Nation from the absolutely beautiful Whistler, Canada!

Today, we woke up and had our last breakfast at the Fairmont Waterfront and said goodbye to the friends that we made there, and then we loaded the bus and headed to Whistler. We arrived and checked into the highest rated hotel in the country of Canada, The Four Seasons, and it fulfilled all of our expectations. With a fireplace and balcony in every room, these accommodations are truly fit for a king.

With our choice of adventures for the afternoon, we went our separate ways. Most of the team chose to go on the roaring rapids on a rafting trip and it did not disappoint. After an hour of exploring the ins and outs of Green River the day finished off with athletic trainer Julie Kruessel being tossed in the river by a few of the Lady Raiders, on a friendly note of course. Mary Bokenkamp and I decided to join Grant Fausset and our tour guide Fred and hit the ziplines. After riding up to extreme heights amidst the mountains and forests, we plunged down the ziplines and truly enjoyed the amazing adrenaline rush. Words cannot describe the beauty that we were being propelled through.

Once the adventures were over, we headed back to the hotel and freshened up and walked a short trip from the "upper village" to the "main village" where we had dinner at the Whistler Brewhouse. The dinner with our boosters was delicious and we returned back in hopes of a good night's sleep after enjoying such a wonderful day.

Guns up!
Jordan
