The Red Raiders jumped two more spots today to finish fifth out of 14 in the 15th Annual Dr. Donnis Thompson Rainbow Wahine Invitational at the Olomana Golf Course in Waimahalo, Oahu.

Tech finished ahead of two league opponents, including No. 20 Oklahoma. No. 1 Arizona finished at the top of the tournament with 883 (302-292-289). No. 9 Oklahoma State finished fourth being the only Big 12 team to finish ahead of Tech.

Jamie Vannoy led the Red Raiders, finishing 17th individually with a three-day total of 230 (80-76-74). Priscillia Hunt ended the day with her best round of the tournament. Hunt finished tied for 24th with 234(82-79-73). Jennifer Newhouse and Melanie Hunt tied for 31st with 237, while Stephanie Dukes finished 51st totaling 251.

The Red Raiders continue on the road next week when they travel to St. George, Utah, April 3-4 for the Utah-Dixie Classic.
