PALO ALTO, Calif. - The 23rd-ranked Texas Tech Red Raiders will need a strong finish in Saturday's final round of the West Regional to secure a spot in the upcoming NCAA Division I Women's Golf Championships.

Texas Tech remained in 16th place after Friday's second round on the par 73, 6,093-yard Stanford University Golf Course. The Red Raiders fired a 307 and are at 29-over-par 613 after two rounds of the 54-hole event.
